How to book
Dear Property Representative,
This website is ONLY for assigned property managers of the Aloewood Garden Aruba properties.
In the sidebar you will find the availability calendars for our properties.
Please note: To book you need to log into your account first. Please use the password and user-name you received.
Below you will find instructions for booking.
How to book:
2. Once logged in you will see an empty dashboard. Click on the menu option “Booking” on the left menu. This will open the “Add a booking” form.
3. On the calendar click on each of the days you need to book on the calendar for the desired property. Make sure that you select the correct property you wish to book.
4. Enter the guests name and contact information, but enter your own email, that way you receive the booking confirmation and you can continue the direct contact with the guests yourself. This is also our way to track that the booking was done by you or your company.
5. In the details field enter relevant information such as number in party (and children), special requests or needs, and the charged nightly, weekly or monthly rate (whichever is applicable) .
6. Click the “SEND” button when you are done.
