The use of Aloewood Gardens facilities is subject to the following important rental policies. Please read them completely before making your reservation.
1. Payment
All payments will be paid to the booking agent. The key to the facility and remote control to enter the complex will be provided, upon arrival.
2. Fair Use Policy
- Guests or tenants are not allowed to rent the location to third parties.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or condominiums.
- It is not allowed to keep pets at the facility.
- Please be considerate towards your neighbors. Loud or boisterous behavior will not be tolerated.
- Keeping extra (unregistered) guests is prohibited and will incur the additional charge of $20 per guest per night.
- Facilities are to be used for the sole purpose of housing; business practices are not allowed on the premises.
3. Reservation
To make a reservation, call or email us using the provided contact form. Please supply all necessary personal information such as first and last name, phone number, home address, number of persons staying with you, notes regarding special needs, and dates of arrival and departure. For corporate guests, please provide the name of your place of employment.
